leave the studio in perfect condition & are securely packed showing both
buyers & sellers contact details......Sent by Recorded Delivery or Airmail ....Same or next
working day for postings.

UK by recorded delivery....If recorded parcels are returned to the
sender for any reason, the postage will have to be paid again to re-send
item
SPECIAL OR NEXT DAY DELIVERY..UK....
If you require special or next day delivery it will be an addition charge
of £5.00 ....The extra cost will be invoiced via Paypal...& on receipt of
payment your item will be forwarded
MISSING
ITEM/S....
If any item is reported missing in the post it will NOT be refunded until
the seller has received re-imbursement from the courier service...All
postage receipts are retained
DAMAGE....
Transit damaged items will be refunded if returned by same postal method
and include original packaging & photo proof would be beneficial
PURCHASES....
If you make a purchase and that item has already been in inadvertently
sold, payment will be refunded immediately, or as soon as possible, back
to your account
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES....
Due to hygiene
more than health & safety reasons, any items purchased
WILL NOT be refunded or exchanged. There will not be any exception

We do suggest a colour sample is sent for an identical match as it is
impossible to reproduce a colour photograph exactly as item... we do try
to get as near as we possibly can though
Colour samples can
be...fabric, ribbon, colour paint chart or a colour match cut from a
magazine
