If recorded parcels are returned to the sender for any reason, the postage

MISSING
ITEM/S....
If any item is reported missing in the post it will NOT be refunded until
the seller has received re-imbursement from the carrier service...All
postage receipts are retained |

DAMAGE....
Transit damaged only items will be refunded if returned by
same postal method and include original packaging & photo proof
A refund will be honoured when the courier service
involved has reimbursed the seller |

PURCHASES....
If you make a purchase and that item has already been in inadvertently
sold, payment will be refunded immediately, or as soon as possible, back
to your account .. Unless we are able to offer a suitable solution and

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES....IMPORTANT
PLEASE READ Due to hygiene
more than health & safety reasons, any items purchased
WILL NOT be refunded or exchanged. There will NOT be any exception
to this rule. The no returns policy was put in place due to items
returned which had been used or damaged

reminded that we try to get photographs as near as possible to the actual
item colour, but it really is common sense that you cannot produce an
identical true colour.. This is the main reason I offer a colour match
service as below All products forwarded are those listed...
These are double checked for any faults, so therefore leave the studio in
mint condition
We do suggest a colour sample is sent for an identical match
Colour samples can
be...fabric, ribbon, colour paint chart or a colour match cut from a
magazine It is also advisable to
avoid disappointment NOT
to order more than one item so that you have a choice as
the unwanted one

do not assume that if you did return any goods that they will be taken
